For Courtney, hope is not a passive sentiment but a strategic necessity; he consistently articulates that for a nation to achieve true transformation, its citizens must first believe in the possibility of a better tomorrow.
Whether addressing corporate leaders, young graduates or community groups like the Rotary Club of New Kingston, he utilizes his platform to challenge the narrative of cynicism, instead, he offers a blueprint for resilience grounded in financial stability and collective action.
