November 20, 2021 | Highlights from our Health Fair at the Constant Spring Primary School.
This year’s health fair aimed to increase the number of Jamaicans vaccinated against COVID-19. In collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Wellness, we were able to offer the Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines to persons 12 years and older. At the end of the day, we vaccinated 141 persons. Our offerings also included dental services which saw 50 students between the ages of 5 – 7 benefitting from cleaning, with another 8 scheduled for follow up visit at the polyclinic. We also offered free HIV/STI testing in collaboration with ‘Bashy Bus’, a public private partnership in collaboration with the Ministry of
Health and Wellness. The event was very rewarding to us and our partners, and beneficial to members of the Constant Spring Gardens community.
